LOCKDIN Beta Tester Agreement

Thanks for testing LOCKDIN. This short agreement is between you and Digital World Solution, trading as LOCKDIN, [email protected] ("we"). You accept it by ticking the box in the tester application form, and again when you activate a beta key.
1. The beta
- It's a closed beta for a small group of producers, and it's free.
- Beta keys are personal and time-limited (about 3 weeks). We may renew them. We may end the beta or your access at any time.
- LOCKDIN is unfinished. Takes may be wrong, the plugin may crash, and features may change or disappear.
2. Feedback
- We ask for honest feedback: write to [email protected] with bugs, ideas and anything that feels off.
- You let us use your feedback freely to improve LOCKDIN, with no payment or credit owed. We won't publish your name or quotes without asking you first.
3. Keep it confidential
Unreleased features, screenshots, builds, keys and anything we mark as confidential stay private until we announce them publicly. Don't share builds or keys, and don't post videos or screenshots of unreleased features unless we say it's OK. Your own music made with LOCKDIN is not confidential.
4. Using what you make
You can use the MIDI you generate during the beta in your own releases, including commercial ones. The beta comes with no guarantees: outputs may be similar to other users' outputs, and you are responsible for checking your releases.
5. No warranty
The beta is provided "as is", without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Save your work and back up your projects. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Protections
You agree not to reverse engineer LOCKDIN, extract or copy its model, bypass licence checks, share your key, or use LOCKDIN or its outputs to train other music models. Beta builds may contain an identifier linked to you, to trace leaks.
7. Launch thank-you
At launch we may offer testers a thank-you, such as a discount, at our discretion. Nothing in this agreement promises a free licence or any other reward.
8. Data
We use your email, name or handle and your feedback only to run the beta and to contact you about LOCKDIN. You can ask us to delete them at any time at [email protected].
9. Ending
You can leave the beta at any time. Section 3 applies until LOCKDIN is publicly announced. Sections 2 and 6 continue after the beta ends.
Italian law applies, without removing protections you have as a consumer where you live.
